Often, when we share a glimpse of our internal cupping sessions, we receive messages like:
“When can we join?”
“Is this open to the public?”
“I want in!”
So here we are – making it official.
This Saturday, May 10, starting at 9:30 AM, we’re inviting you to start your weekend a little differently. Come behind the scenes, taste with us and experience a curated cupping session before your usual morning coffee.
Leading the session is Ianis – yes, that cool guy you always see behind the bar. He’ll guide you through the stories, the flavors and the journey of the coffees on the table.
What is cupping?
Cupping is more than just a tasting – it’s a global ritual shared by every contributor in the coffee supply chain: producers, importers/exporters, roasters, and baristas. It’s both a method of evaluating coffee and a crucial quality control step to ensure each roast tastes as good as it should.
This session is limited to only 20 people, so make sure you secure your spot.
