    Our Approach 

    At Meron we’re committed to creating amazing coffee experiences. Our passion for the coffee industry comes to life with every single coffee bean we are roasting and with each cup of coffee, we are serving.

    The quality that we deliver is of utmost importance and that is why we work directly with coffee farmers and first-hand distributors. Our passion for specialty coffee is shared with farmers who closely monitor and control the growing, harvesting, and processing stages of the coffee beans.

    Some of the farmers that we are very close to are our friends from the Hartmann Family, Panama – the farm that is growing coffee in harmony with the environment. Bogdan, our C.E.O went to visit them in 2019 and he personally chose some amazing coffee origins. Since then, we have been visiting farms from all over the world, from Brazilia to Pamana and soon to be Colombia. 

     

    Meron Roasting style 

    We chose our roasting style in order to highlight the native quality and complexity of the coffee crops, showcasing the work of the farmers, roasters, baristas, and last but not least, the community that enjoys it. Because of this, we are in the light area o roasting. Our belief is that there is no specific recipe for roasting coffee. Our knowledge taught us why. Our experience taught us how. Our dedication teaches us daily that passion for good coffee is truly what brings people together.

    We collect and analyze data at every step of the process, from coffee cultivation to roasting. We then share what we’ve learned and adapted our processes accordingly. We roast for our own coffee shops. We roast for businesses that appreciate a fine specialty coffee in their own location. We roast for the #peopleofMeron who want to feel the Meron experience at home.

    Our Coffees

    Our focus is to bring the highest-scoring Single Origin from all over the world. We are cupping, tasting and choosing our coffees based on their quality and their sustainability towards nature and farmers. Our range of packaged coffees includes coffees with different processing methods: natural, washed, honey, anaerobic or experimental. 

    Starting December 2019, we launched a special selection of exquisite, rare coffees – Meron Rarities, coffees that are available to the public in 3 WAYS: beans, cold brew bottles, and brew in our coffee shops. We currently have a wide range of origins available for these amazing rare coffees.

    We sell our coffees in different bag sizes: 125g, 250g, and 1 kg. 

    Alternatives 

    We offer some specialty alternatives for hot chocolate and tea. 

    Our Hot Chocolate Back to Origins is from a single origin cacao plantation, carefully grown, picked and processed. It is 100% natural, gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan and soy-free. 

    The Specialty Tea Nateav is of the highest degree of quality; rarely available for export. All the ingredients are harvested by hand and carefully set to dry for a specific period of time. Each tea has a unique way of processing.

    How does it work? After you fill the form below, one of our colleagues from the sales department will contact you in order to identify your business needs: from which kind of coffee shop do you own, equipment do you have or do you need and we will come back to you with a personalized HORECA offer.

    We receive orders by email at orders@meron.coffee and the estimated delivery time is between 1 to 5 days depending on the amount of the order.

    Meron is the biggest chain of specialty coffee in Romania and because of the experience on the market, it can offer the necessary tools, related accessories and experience you need in order to give your customers only the best in coffee quality as we do.

    We offer the highest quality espresso machines and brewing equipment and keep it running smoothly, ensuring that you get the highest return on your investment.

    For the espresso machines, we work with industry leaders like La Marzocco or Victoria Arduino.
