Eligibility

The Sites are not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 13. YOU MUST BE AT LEAST AGE 13 TO ACCESS AND USE the meron.coffee website. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may only use the meron.coffee website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

 

The Coffee passport card (fidelity card):

  • the usage of the fidelity cards is exclusively possible in the locations of Meron coffee shops;
  • the card is not transferable and can be used only by its owner;
  • the fidelity card states exactly the type of discount offered for the owner of the card;
  • the promotional discounts offered through the fidelity card are not limited in time.
  • the fidelity card can be used to purchase coffee-based products, beverages and pastry from our coffee shops. Exceptions from using the card: coffee bags, alcohol products, promotional items & branded merchandise.

Other discounts are available for: coffee lovers who bring their own reusable cups 15% if you have a Meron branded cup or 10% for other cups.

Meron disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, availability, that the meron.coffee website is free from viruses, and non-infringement, content and materials contained therein.

In case of an incident that happens in one of our locations that resulted in an injured party, video evidence can be available within 3 days from the date of the incident, but only by documentation issued by the competent body and only about that particular incident.
