We’re hosting a Public Cupping Session featuring 50 coffees from some of Colombia’s most exciting producers.
Joining us for this session: two outstanding farmers and innovators – Néstor Neffer Lasso from Finca El Diviso and Jhoan Vergara from Finca Las Flores.
About the Producers
Néstor Neffer Lasso – Finca El Diviso, Huila
Néstor is part of a new generation of Colombian producers who blend traditional craftsmanship with scientific curiosity. At Finca El Diviso, he experiments with fermentation techniques that push the sensory boundaries of coffee — from controlled thermal shocks to precise anaerobic fermentations. His approach reflects a deep respect for the land, combined with a relentless pursuit of flavor innovation.
Jhoan Vergara – Finca Las Flores, Huila
Jhoan represents a family legacy built on passion and precision. At Finca Las Flores, he cultivates unique varieties like Pink Bourbon, Sidra, and Gesha, experimenting with extended fermentations and new drying methods to highlight each coffee’s complexity. His work is recognized globally for its clarity, fruit expression, and elegant balance in the cup.
