”The Garden” Brunch at the Roastery

Our own garden in the middle of the Roastery? Oh yes!
We hosted our very first private brunch at the Roastery – a real experience for our guests. We included an internal cupping session and finished the day by roasting a batch of coffee as our guests got to know more about our roastery – everything was perfectly timed.
This exclusive brunch was also a pre-event leading into the opening of “Treci Peste”, the latest exhibition by Sebastian Nasta, hosted at Meron Gallery.
This concept was put together by Bianca Rotbanas and Meron team. Our own garden, created right in the middle of the Roastery, was designed by Magnolia.
Let us share with you our conceptual menu:
AMUSE BOUCHE: Raspberry, clove and smoked Maldon salt-flavored butter served with Country Bread and Sesame Seeds Sourdough from Meron Bakery.
STARTERS: A selection of 4 beautiful dishes.
MAIN COURSE: Osso Buco Benedict and Cauliflower Steak.
DESSERT: “Whim” from @meron.bakery – a croissant with tomato jam, pink pepper-infused cream and apple confit.

The conceptual menu was created by: Árpád Borbély, Raul Ciceovan, Feher Botond, Ana Davdovici.
We’re seriously considering keeping this concept and repeating the experience, maybe a few times a year.
