Welcome to Barista Camp 2025

We began the year with an ambitious goal, one that had been carefully envisioned and planned throughout the previous year: Barista Camp.

Stepping away from the familiarity of our daily routines, we carved out intentional space to immerse ourselves in fresh perspectives, challenge conventional practices, and elevate our expertise.

Over t three transformative days, bright minds in the coffee industry joined us to create an inspiring experience. Among the key contributors were Roosa Lyydia – European Sales Director for Forest Coffee, and Barista Daniel Horbat, CEO of Sumo Coffee Roasters. Together with our talented trainers, several of our head baristas, and members of our roastery team, they engaged in a vibrant exchange of knowledge, skills, and passion.
