VISITORS CODE OF CONDUCT FOR MERON ART GALLERY

All visitors of MERON ART GALLERY located inside Meron Horea (Horea St, no5, Cluj-Napoca) are required to agree to the following code of conduct. We, as organizers will enforce this code throughout the exhibitions. We expect cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe environment for everybody.

Code of Conduct

1. Respect for Artworks:

  • Visitors are kindly asked to maintain a reasonable distance from the exhibited artworks and to avoid any touching or manipulation. Photography may be allowed only in designated areas.

2. Respectful Behavior:

  • Visitors are expected to exhibit respectful behavior towards gallery staff, artists, and fellow visitors. Any aggressive or disruptive behavior may result in immediate expulsion.

3. Maintaining Quietness:

  • Visitors are encouraged to maintain a quiet atmosphere in exhibition spaces to allow others to enjoy the artistic experience. Mobile phones should be set to silent mode.

4. Prohibition of Alcohol or Illicit Substances:

  • The consumption of alcohol and illicit substances is strictly prohibited in exhibition spaces and within the gallery premises.

5. Supervision of Children:

  • Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children to prevent any accidental damage to artworks or ensure appropriate behavior.

6. Compliance with Staff Instructions:

  • Visitors are kindly requested to comply with any instructions given by gallery staff regarding rules and procedures.

7. Accessibility:

  • We make efforts to make the gallery accessible to all visitors. If you require special assistance, don’t hesitate to get in touch with the gallery staff at artgallery@meron.coffee.

8. Prohibition of Dangerous Objects:

  • Bringing dangerous objects or items that may jeopardize other visitors’ and artworks’ safety and well-being is strictly prohibited.

9. Right of Admission Reserved:

  • The gallery reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any visitor who fails to adhere to the established rules or poses a threat to property or persons.

10. Use of Coffee Space:

  • Visitors are invited to use the cafĂ© space reasonably and to abide by the rules established in that area

11. Respect for Gallery Schedule:

  • Visitors are kindly requested to adhere to the gallery’s operating hours and to vacate the premises at closing time.

12. Providing Feedback and Questions:

  • The gallery values visitor feedback. For questions, suggestions, or concerns, please approach the gallery staff.

By visiting the gallery, visitors confirm that they have read and understood the code of conduct and agree to comply with it.
