VIETNAM MUA HE, CATIMOR, BOURBON, TYPICA, CATURRA | NATURAL ANAEROBIC
Explore the tasting notes of a single origin specialty coffee sourced from Vietnam freshly roasted in our coffee lab, at Meron Roastery. Here is some cool info about the coffee and the farm.
The farm/farmer
The ethnic group of the K’Ho, whose small privately owned farms are located at the foot of Lang Biang Mountain, are resisting land investors and the emerging, competing flower industry that threatens their culture. Together with the K’Ho, we want to bring this special coffee to you and support the preservation of coffee cultivation in Lang Biang.
About the coffee
Vietnam Mua He is a coffee from the Dalat region, Vietnam, produced by the K’Ho ethnic group in collaboration with Zanya Coffee. The beans come from Catimor, Bourbon, Typica, and Caturra varieties, processed through natural anaerobic fermentation. Tasting notes include dark cherries, plums, chocolate liquor, and blackberries. This coffee is recommended for espresso preparation, thanks to its bold flavors and balanced sweetness. Mùa Hè (Vietnamese for “Summer”) is an anaerobically processed natural coffee, produced by Zanya Coffee in Langbiang.
