Explore the tasting notes of a single origin specialty coffee sourced from Panama freshly roasted in our coffee lab, at Meron Roastery. Here is some cool info about the coffee and the farm.
The farm/farmer
It all started in 2008 when two brothers Michael and Jeff Dietrich teamed up to purchase the reserve. Michael and Jenny are avid gardeners who care deeply about land conservation. Jeff is an avid birdwatcher and naturalist who has a deep passion and knowledge of tropical flora and fauna and is committed to conservation.
Today, Mount Totumas is run and operated by a community of hardworking and talented individuals. Alma is the chef behind our farm-to-table restaurant. You will often find her in the kitchen creating delicious dishes inspired by the garden and local produce of Volcan. Karin manages the specialty coffee production, processing, roasting and export.
