Embark on a journey through time and taste with Brazilia Fazenda Guariroba, a coffee rooted in the 19th century legacy of patriarch João Ferreira Carneiro. Nestled in the fertile soil of Santo Antônio do Amparo, where sweet coffee grains flourished, the farm’s story unfolds across five generations, reaching the hands of Homero Aguiar Paiva.
Homero, fueled by an inherited passion for coffee’s intricate flavors and aromas, took the reins of the century-old Fazenda Cachoeira. With the expertise of his agronomist brother, Renato Paiva, the duo carefully selected the finest coffee species, giving rise to Fazenda Guariroba – a tribute to the cherished lands of their maternal grandparents.
About the coffee
Brazilia Fazenda Guariroba, hailing from Santo Antonio do Amparo in the Vale das Vertentes region, unfolds its story under the care of Gabriel Lamounier Vieira. At an altitude of 1150 meters, the Catucai 2SL beans undergo a meticulous Lactic Fermentation process, resulting in a cup that delights the senses.
Indulge in the tasting experience as notes of honeysuckle dance on your palate, followed by the zesty allure of lemon pie and the sweetness of apricots.
